Maintenance Procedure - Replacement - Curb System
Imbiber Beads® Shut Off Disc is fitted in to bottom back opening and screwed into place (gasketing under lip all around). Once in place a watertight/solvent resistant caulking is applied around the top of Shut Off Disc edges - customer responsibility.
Imbiber Beads® Sand Cushion is fitted into place at the bottom of the curb housing unit (will go over the Imbiber Beads® Shut Off Disc). This is for silt protection and absorb stray amounts of organic chemical.
Imbiber Beads® Pillow (1) is fitted over Imbiber Beads® Sand Cushion. Main function is to absorb stray amounts of organic chemical.
Removable GAL Steel top is screwed into place to protect the Imbiber Beads ® Curb Shut Off System
