Imbiber Beads® "BAZOOKA" Drain Shut-Off Pipe System for water drainage of containment areas - gravity feed

Imbiber Beads® Bazooka Drain Shut-Off Pipe System allows water to be discharged from containment areas. As the Imbiber Beads® in the Drain Shut-Off Pipe System come in contact with the compatible organic chemical(s) - Fuels & Solvents - they will swell, forming a blocking seal, preventing hazardous material from reaching the environment. The spent Imbiber Beads® Pipe system is then replaced in order to re-establish a pro-active system.

The Imbiber Beads® BAZOOKA Drain Shut-Off Pipe System is designed & recommended for water discharge from containment areas for "Class l & II" organic chemicals only : e.g.: Gasoline, Benzene, # 1 Fuel Oil , Xylene, #2 Diesel, #2 Fuel Oil ,Jet A-1,JP-5,JP-8 Kerosene,VM&P Naphtha, etc. (see Tech. Bulletins). - (DO NOT USE FOR TRANSFORMER- HYDRAULIC -MINERALS OILS)

Water Flow Rate up to 20 Gals/Hr (2" Head) before Imbiber Beads® are activated User Responsibility: - Since IMBTEC cannot control site conditions , it is the responsibility of the user(s) to test the suitability of the Imbiber Beads® Shut-Off Pipe System to ensure that it meets Local, State, Federal Regulations.
