Significant PPM Reductions using IMBIBER BEADS® IMBICATOR Pillows.

PICTURE 1 The part is put into a Wash Tank and cleaned with a Penetrant.

PICTURE 2 Underneath the wire mesh and steel grate 4 - IMBIBER BEADS® Imbicator TM Pillows are alternately stacked above the drain.

PICTURE 3 As the parts are washed all liquid falls through the grate onto the IMBIBER BEADS® Imbicator TM Pillows where the hydrocarbons are “captured & contained”.

PICTURE 4 Shows the drain itself. This Process is repeated in 2 more Wash Tanks.

PICTURE 5 From the Wash Tanks the waste water drains into a 250-gallon waste holding tank.

PICTURE 6 The waste holding tank gravity feeds into a 6” drain pipe. Inside the 6” drain pipe are 2 rolled up IMBIBER BEADS® Imbicator TM Pillows banded with ty-wraps (strips of non-woven fabric) .

Compliance has not been an issue since IMBIBER BEADS® Pillows were added to the process. Typical before and after ppm readings of waste-water are:
Without Imbiber Beads® Pillows: 11/06/02 Penetrant/ Oils 226ppm
Incorporating Imbiber Beads® Pillows: 11/07/02 Penetrant/ Oils 21ppm (91%ppm REDUCTION)
